Young Leaders Society

Mission Statement

United Way of Greater Kingsport Young Leaders Society was created in 2009 to educate and engage our members in the work of the United Way and its partner agencies. Through community service and leadership development, members of the Young Leaders Society will learn about the needs of our citizens and how we can create lasting positive change in the greater Kingsport community through involvement in the United Way.

Membership Guidelines

Targeting those 18-40 years of age
A desire to make a difference in our community
A monetary gift to the UW is not required for membership
