To do this, we will:

Develop effective strategies across our community to market and grow - annual campaign, endowment, gifts-in-kind and volunteerism.

Cultivate our relationship with constituents (or customers) by building awareness of and engagement in the work of the organization.

Identify, assess and use community resources to achieve strategic objectives including people, knowledge, relationships, technology, and finances. |
To do this, we will:

Create an awareness of identified community needs.

Use member agencies' and UWGK partners' initiative outcomes to communicate impact on local health and human service needs.

Collect and analyze useful information on current and future investors, volunteers and partners.

Develop a communication/ action plan for each targeted audience.

Use UWGK champions to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders. |

Continue use of the highest standards for financial policies, internal controls, investment policies, and legal reporting.

Ensure flexibility to allow UWGK to be proactive and more responsive to changing needs in the community
